Senior/Software Engineer x 10
Main tasks
•       New software feature design and implement for automation machine
•       applications to enhance our product’s capability and improve performance
•       Work with product specialists, hardware and process engineers to develop new features
•       Software requirement analysis and documentation
•       Customer side Software issue support
•       Customer specific software requirement analysis
•       Debugging on machine if there is any software related issue
•       Using version control and issue tracking tool for software release management
•       Maintain & develop needed software tooling
Education
•       Bachelor/Master/PH.D degree of Automation, Mechatronics or Computer Science
Work experience
•       Minimum 3 years broad experience in SW design and implementation using C++ under windows environment
•       Experience in real-time/multi-tasking application development with practical work in the laboratory on machine and measuring technology
•       Knowledge of software process, quality(TDD), version control and testing methodologies
•       An understanding of mechanical systems, electronics or semiconductor packaging process and experience with Agile software development process will be an advantage

Senior/Software Test Engineer x 2
Main tasks
•       Timing, sequence & process analysis with tools such as oscilloscope, multi meter,spectrum analyzer, High Speed Camera, SW tools (mainly self made tools)
•       Timing analysis of software sequences for reaction time optimization
•       Prepare test plans and procedure based on specification
•       Prepare analysis concepts and document all measurements & results
•       Confer with software engineers and others regarding test procedures and results to resolve problems
•       Create bug reports and follow through to closure
•       Analyse technical requirements/problems and propose corrective actions/solution
•       Provide technical support for the field and customer site
•       Participate in software feature design review, prepare and publish test reports for major software releases
•       Design and implement automated tests using scripting languages and other tools used in automated test environment
Education
•       Bachelor degree of Automation Engineering or Mechatronics
Work experience
•       Knowledge of controlling and programming of mechanical system
•       Experience in software testing and troubleshooting is a must
•       Experience in documentation & Automated Testing

Senior/Mechatronics Engineer (Vision Motion) x 1
Main tasks
Development and engineering of mechatronic systems with focus on motion control systems for Die Bonders
•       Development in cooperation with other disciplines (mechanics, electronics, software, supply chain)
•       Co-Development with European counterpart in conceptual and architectural design
•       Simulation, design, setup, programming, qualification and documentation of motion control solutions of Die Bonders
•       Development of test benches for mechatronic modules
•       Technical support of production sites (Malaysia, China)
•       Cooperation with Supply Chain for related commodities (motors, encoders, etc.)
•       Installation and organization of laboratory and related equipment
Education
•       Bachelor/Master/PH.D degree in mechatronics, control engineering, electrical engineering or similar
Work experience
•       Work experience with Semicon Equipment or similar preferred
•       Control theory, Motion control, Sensorics and motors, Electronics, Mechanics, Software Development: basic skills (C++), Tools: Office, Matlab
•       Intercultural competences due to global setup

Senior/Electrical Engineer x 2
Main tasks
•       Analyzes technical problems and takes the appropriate actions
•       Processing of component discontinuation (second source)
•       Updates the necessary documentation in the PLM system (BOM, Overview…)
•       Implement solution to fulfill Customer Specific Requests (electrical)
•       Coordinate and drive suppliers / vendors to resolve issues during prototype fabrication
•       Ensure proper documentation throughout the development process and engineering change process
•       Provide engineering support to the Product line
•       Supports the global based production in electrical matters
Education
•       Degree in Electrical Engineering
Work experience
•       Minimum 3-5 years or equivalent of relevant experience in automation / equipment industries
•       Experienced in design to conformity with standards such as UL,CE, RoHS
•       Familiar with debugging / testing equipment and tools such as Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Spectrum Analyzer or Network Analyzer
Expertise and methodology
•       Knowledge in analogue and digital circuit
•       Application know-how in sensors and motors technologies
•       Good know-how in cabling technologies
•       Awareness on EMI issues

All candidates must have strong command of English and have relevant experiences in the semiconductor industry.

公司文化不错，加班很少。
