Interior Renovation Sales Executive（Immediate Positions ！！）

1. Responsibilities   
Handle Sales Enquiries.
Recognize and understand clients’requirement.
Meet with prospective clients to discuss and present design requirements and concepts.
Provide interior consultation, space planning, schedule and pricing to clients.
Prepare quotation based on proposed design.
Follow up closely with clients to secure project deals.
Develop new business resource and customers.

2.  Requirement
Self-motivated and sales driven.
Minimum 1 year’s experience in marketing and sales position.
Interior design or sales background in design and renovation industry preferred but training will be provided.
Basic knowledge of product, materials, accounting, AutoCAD or 3D Max
Proficient in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
Only Singaporeans.
