不可以的。新加坡不是落地国籍。宝宝要先和父母一同申请PR，然后在一起申请公民。
我的情况是，宝宝出生前，我们已经是PR了，而且已经提交了公民申请，所以宝宝可以跨过PR直接申请公民

你好，nuslucky.我想请问你，我现在在申请着公民，我宝宝最近出世了但我没收到邀请信说可以加入宝宝申请，请问你懂要怎样加宝宝的名字进去一起申请吗？还是直接打去ica问呢？

a) the duly completed application form (if not submittedonline through our eSC portal (https://esc.ica.gov.sg) under Family TiesScheme,

b) Child's photo,

c) ORIGINAL Child's birth certificate,

d) ORIGINAL Child's passport,

e) ORIGINAL Parents' NRIC,

f) ORIGINAL Parents' marriage certificate

g) Parents’ latest 6 months payslip and CPF Contributionhistory (past 12 month)

4          You arerequired to make a copy of each of the documents.
