Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
Required language(s): English, Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)

Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalents
Able to use Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point
Willing to work at weekend.
Able to multi-task, set priority and good time menagement

Job Descriptions :
Handling inbound call and walk in customers.
Executes the daily operations of the customer service, distribution, order processing & transportation, room reservation etc.
Responsible for the courier and mail procedure
Delivers a positive customer experience to provide product details, promotional mechanics and company updates.
Handling customer enquiry and complaints (incoming call, email, system etc.), and ensure careful handling of their relevant requirements.
Perform other duties pertaining to the job requirements.
