Position:
The Marketing Assistantwill support the Marketing Team providing administrative support, marketresearch, gathering of presentation material, and assisting in specialprojects/initiatives as required.

Key Responsibilitiesinclude:
-manage and coordinate theaccurate execution of fee proposals, communicate and follow up with clientunder Director’s instruction
-assist in theorganization, preparation and distribution of marketing materials in a timelymanner
-responsible for Travel andExpense reports, management of calendars, travel arrangements, vacation andsick day schedule for Director
-coordination anddevelopment of marketing presentations, including downloading, transfer,manipulation and duplication of materials
-preparation andcoordination of correspondence and reports
-update all contact listsof clients and organization charts with current employee information

Required Experience, Skillsand Abilities:
- Requires both written andspoken English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Chinese clients   
-minimum of 3 yearsMarketing/Administrative experience at an advanced level
-advanced knowledge ofPowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop & CAD drawing
-excellent problem-solving,organizational, communication and client service skills
-ability to multi-task,take initiative and work with minimal supervision in a fast paced high-pressureenvironment
-professional interpersonaland telephone skills
-strong ability to organizeand prioritize workload to meet multiple deadlines
-Able to start workIMMEDIATELY or within short notice
-Only Chinese nationality Singapore PR or DP holders need apply.
