Operations Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Engage in price negotiations with suppliers
- Pro-actively seeking for cost savings initiatives
- Responsible for creating purchase requests and purchase orders
- Arrange for inbound/outbound deliveries and follow-up on late deliveries
- Analyze and review items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance
- Participate or lead in new product introductions when required
- Other ad-hoc operational requirements
- Prepare and process contracts for salesperson when necessary
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
- Willing to learn and take on new tasks
- Able to multitask
