Position:Admin & Corporate Secretarial Officer
An ATO firm that support SQP program. A fast-growing Certified Public Accounting firm offering a fullrange of assurance and advisory services including auditing services, taxation,corporate advisory, consulting, bookkeeping, corporate secretary and companyformation services for local and international clients. Job Responsibilities · Manage aportfolio of diversified clients · To handle corporatesecretarial works independently (draft resolutions, execute filings with ACRA,update & maintain statutory and corporate records required by Company Act,etc) · Managegeneral admin, attendance records and medical claims for staff. · Apply EP,DP, LTSV, Entrepass for clients · Respond to avariety of customer requests and inquiries · To build, establish, maintain and improverelationships with existing and potential clients · Development andexecution of marketing plan for targeted market
Requirements: - Sufficient knowledge & relevant local working experience
- Able to muti-task and prioritize work
- Willing to do any adhoc duties as assigned
- Good command of Chinese & English in both written & spoken(to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
- Fast learner and resourceful with good logical and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, responsible, adaptable, flexible with good work attitude
- Remuneration will be commensurate with assessed competence
- Only applicable for Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident.
