You are doomed!

It means:

- you have no hope
- you have no chance
- you are in big trouble

you are doomed to a particular state, something unpleasant is certain to happen, and you can do nothing to prevent it.

Example:

Max: Hey Bobby! Did you clean your room?

Bobby: No

Max: You are doomed! Mom is on her way up stairs to check on it.
