JobResponsibilities工作职责：

·        执行成本分析和报价收集，安排货运。

·        监督并更新订单清单以及到货时间。

·        参与成本控制和存货流程。

·        上级安排的其他采购职责。

Requirements任职要求：

·        具备采购，供应链管理或相关专业的文凭优先考虑。

·        有2年以上的相关工作经验者优先考虑。

·        良好的英语书面表达和口语以及流利的中文表达。

·        备良好的人际关系和沟通技巧，能够承受工作压力

·        有中国教育背景优先考虑

INTERIORDESIGNER / SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

室内设计师/高级室内设计师

Job Responsibilities工作职责：

·        熟练使用AutoCAD或3DMax Design，设计符合客户要求的视觉和2D图纸

·        较强的构思和良好的设计规划能力

·        修改设计以纠正操作缺陷，减少制作生产可能出现的问题

·        熟悉施工细节的开发和图纸

Requirements任职要求:

o  必须有Interior Design or equivalent本科以上文凭。

o  至少2 - 3年的相关设计经验，熟悉餐饮和办公室设计。如具有5年以上经验的有机会担任高级职位。

o  丰富的经验，能独立接待并向客户展示设计成果。

o  专心细致，具有良好的细节和演示技巧。

o  诚信可靠，愿意承担新的任务和挑战。

o  能够在快节奏的环境中工作。

o  所需技能：3D StudioMAX，Photoshop和AutoCAD

Job Responsibilities工作职责：

·        合同前后管理和控制。

·        准备报价包括测量，材料和成本核算。

·        准备投标BQ并确保成本控制，分析和协商成本。

·        供应商和分包商的采购。

·        负责与承包商，供应商和其他各方的协调

·        与内部部门沟通和协调。

·        上级分配时的其他职责。

Requirements任职要求：

O水准文凭以上。

至少2年的装修项目相关工作经验优先考虑。

能够在同一时间段内处理多个项目。

有成本核算和定价经验

Project Executives / Manager项目主管/经理

Job Responsibilities:工作职责：

·        负责向建筑管理等相关部门提交所有必要的资料。

·        确保项目交接在截止日期内按时完成。

·        与客户代表就所有现场事宜进行磋商。

·        协调工厂和分包商提供产品和安装工作。确保项目交接在截止日期内按时完成。

·        负责监控项目工地的日常进程和进度。进行项目现场检查。

·        执行对完成项目的存在缺陷的售后服务，并做相应记录。

Requirements:任职要求：

ü 本科文凭及以上。

ü  具备2年以上室内装修工作经验。

ü  在紧凑的时间期限，能够与项目团队合作完成工作。

ü  经验不足者可担任初级职位。

ü    流利的中英文口语。

Project Executives / Manager


Job Responsibilities:-

•        In charge of all necessary submission to relevant authorities such as Building Management.
•        Ensure that project and handover deadline met on time.
•        Liaise with clients’ representatives with regards to all site matters.
•        Coordinate with workshop and subcontractors with the delivery of products and installation works.
•        Ensure that staff and subcontractors carry out their work in a safe manner.
•        Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
•        Conduct project site inspection.
•        Carry out defect liability servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing.
•        All other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:-
        Minimum Diploma and above
        Experience in interior fit-out works
        Able to work with a team of project staff
        To perform under tight schedules with minimum supervision
        Candidates with lesser experience will also be considered for junior position

Job Responsibilities:-

•        Perform cost analysis and source for quotations
•        Arrange for shipments
•        Monitor and update relevant parties on the estimated time of arrival of stocks/ order list / shipment arrival
•        Participate in cost reduction and stock taking process
•        To maintain proper documentation
•        All other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:-
•        Diploma and above in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
•        Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience preferred
•        Possess technical knowledge in hardware accessories will be an advantage
•        Good written and spoken English & Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
•        Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
