ManagingDirector 工作职责：

1、根据公司长期发展战略规划，主持制定经营管理方针、政策、策略和年度经营计划；

2、主持管理人员经营管理会议和年度绩效会议，制定并完成公司人才建设和业绩目标；

3、审议、决定公司各部门的年度工作责任指标；

4、审议公司各部门的薪资、奖惩方案、内部管理制度；

5、审批公司财务计划、财务报表，掌握财务系统运作状况；

6、主持日常经营管理工作，检查、督导和协调各部门工作进展；

7、发公司各部门的考核评价工作；

8、安排分公司管理人员的责任分工，协调各人员相互工作关系；

9、签署上报、印发的各种重要报表、文件和资料。

要求中英文双语流利。

Weare looking for an experienced Managing Director to control and oversee allbusiness operations, people and ventures. You will be the highest rankingmanager in the organization and will be responsible for the overall success ofthe business.

Theideal candidate will be a strategist and a leader able to steer the company tothe most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission andlong term goals. Very strong crisis management skills will also be essential.

Thegoal is to ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling itsshort-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategicguidelines.

Responsibilities

Developand execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals ofthe board and shareholders

Providestrategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have accurateview of the market and the company’s future

Prepareand implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planningcost-effective operations and market development activities

Ensurecompany policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the topdown in the company and that they are followed at all times

Overseethe company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures

Delegateresponsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance andmotivation to drive maximum performance

Readall submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, preventissues and resolve problems

Actas the public speaker and public relations representative of the company inways that strengthen its profile

Analyzeproblematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure companysurvival and growth.

Minimum3-6 years’ experience in FinTech industry etc. management experience in ITcompany is also plus.

Candidate must have excellentcommunication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese associates)
