CORPORATE SECRETARIAL EXECUTIVE 公司秘书
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure corporate compliance of entities registered in Singapore and other jurisdictions.
• Liaise with Corporate Secretarial Service Providers based in different countries to review documents prepared and ensure compliance with banks and government authorities’ requirements.
• Incorporation/liquidation (company, Rep Office).
• Maintain and keep good record of corporate structure.
• File and maintain corporate documents and statutory registers as required.
• Update changes with company registrar.
• Arrange for legalization/notarization.
• Follow up status and lodgement of Financial Statement to comply with ACRA requirements.
• Opening and closing of bank accounts, changing account details as required.
• Complete KYC/Due Diligence as required.
• Take note of various statutory deadlines and responsible for respective filing.
• Prepare settlement of invoices.
• Involvement in finance and corporate financing related issues as assigned by head of the team.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (To liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
• Possess Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
• Meticulous, Multi-tasked, Independent and a good Team Player
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to start work on a short notice will be a plus
  

（一）公司福利：

1.工作时间：周一到周五，早上9:00-下午6:00；周六周日双休；

2.工作地点：Raffles Place

3.公共假期：按照新加坡法定公共假日休息，不按照中国假日休息；

4.保险：住院、门诊医疗保险，牙科医疗报销等。

5.试用期3个月，年假14天起；
