正规冷气公司招聘 中介勿扰 Job Description (工作介绍) 1- Serve as the firstpoint of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone 协助拨打热线的客户 Direct the customer tothe right Department for follow on before and after Sales enquiries. 转接客户到对应的部门 3- Identify the issueencountered by the customer and create CRM for events and problems and theirresolution in logs 了解客户面临的问题并通过电脑软件记录 4- Coordinate with theMaintenance, installation and Delivery support team to resolve clientconcerns 和维修部和安装部沟通, 帮助客户解决问题
5- Follow-up andupdate customer status and information 跟进客户的问题 并及时更新问题的进展情况
6- Any other ad-hocduties assigned

Job Requirements: 工作要求 Pleasant and Confident Personality • - Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level. 至少N水准毕业,中国或者马来西亚人会基本英文也欢迎 (政府学生,家庭妇女 都可以报名)
- Candidates with Customer Service or Helpdesk background arepreferred 如有客户服务工作经验将被优先考虑
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
