Responsibilities:
-Assist Sales Manager for the sale's job
-Maintains relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, guidance and service improvements;
-Gathering market and customer information;
-Work closely with Operations.

Requirement：
-Candidates must possess at least O Level preferably in sales or  logistics of shipping discipline
-With sales experience (preferably in logistics and shipping industry)
-Experience in Operation
-Good communication skills, cheerful, able to build good relationships with customers, visit customers when needed
-Fluent in English & Mandarin

Operation Executive

Responsibilities：
-Liaise with local and overseas customers on booking confirmations
-Issue tax invoice
-Handle B/L issues with customers and carriers.
-Arrange trucking and other services with local vendors
-Create and input job details into company in-house system
-Apply all types of customs inward & outward permits including preparation of export documentations.
-To manage the suppliers/vendor of the Airfreight & Seafreight operations.
-To manage all administration matters relating to the Air & Sea operation set up.
-To coordinate and execute the cross trade business of other countries related to Singapore business.
-To ensure all procurements are in compliance and file up proper administratively.
-To support the network/agent business in response to quotes and information as and when required.
-To have customer-centric aptitude

Requirements：
-Candidate must possess at least, 'O' Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
-Minimum 1-3 years working experience in freight and logistics sales/ business development/operation/customer service.
-Team player; work as a team and willingness to share ideas and coach fellow colleagues
-Required Skill(s): GOOD EXCEL AND WORD, BILINGUAL
-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
-Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
-Good attitude
-Knowledge of both import and export air & sea operation.
-Able to work under pressure.
