Marketing Development Manager
Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options - Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones to establish rapport and arrange meetings - Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives by researching organizations, finding and developing new markets and improving sales - To explore overseas market to efficiently promote club’s branding - Preparation of quotes and proposals for clients - Developing goals & business growth and ensuring they are met - Train personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Requirements: - Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task - High degree of self-motivation, ambition and outgoing personality - Capability to work under pressure in a competitive environment and determination to achieve marketing objectives - Ability to plan large scale events, seminars and club activities - Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. - Ability to converse fluently in English & Mandarin - Minimum 3 year of experience in sales, marketing or related field. - Age: Below 32 years old - Preferably male candidate
Skills: - Strong communication skills - Excellent organizational skills - Excellent presentation skills - Excellent sales and negotiation skills - Possess proposal preparation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Qualifications: - Diploma/degree or above - Salary Package: - Basic Salary: SGD 2,500 – 2,800/month + Commission - Estimated total salary: SGD 3,200 - 4,500/month - Working hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm), off on public holiday - Annual leave: 14 days - Medical leave: 10 days

- 总薪资高达: SGD 3,200 - 4,500/month
- 工作时间: 周一至周五(早上9点至晚上6点), 周末及公共假期休息
- 年假: 14 天
- 病假: 10 天
