资深UI设计师 Senior UI Artist
Salary: $3,000-$6,000
Location: Jurong East
Working hours: 5/6 days work week // Mon-Fri/Sat 9am-6pm (flexible working days)
职责范围： - 负责UI和UX设计（包括Web，iOS和Android平台），涉及从设计策划到设计执行的整个过程
- 与产品团队，设计师和开发人员紧密合作，评估研究结果并将其转化为可行的见解和设计改进，包括用户角色，用户场景和概念模型，以确保高质量的用户体验
- 对产品功能和用户满意度的数据变化高度敏感，并灵活调整设计观点和工作方法
- 始终强调并分析流行产品设计的趋势，研究目标用户的需求，体验需求和美学趋势，并快速优化现有产品
- 与界面设计师合作，将架构转换为UI的外观

Responsibilities: - Responsible for UI & UX design (including Web, iOS and Android platform), involved the whole process from design strategy to design execution
- Work closely with product team, designers and developers to evaluate and translate research findings into actionable insights and design improvements including user personas, user scenarios, and concept models to ensure high-quality user experience
- Be highly sensitive to the data changes of product functions and user satisfaction, and flexibly adjust the design perspective and work methods
- Emphasize to and analyse the trend of popular product design at all times, study the needs of target users, experience demands and aesthetic tendencies and quickly optimise existing products
- Collaborate with Interface Designers to translate architecture into the look-and-feel of UI
- Work with Producers and UX Researchers to plan, conduct, and evaluate appropriate UX research methods to determine customer needs and define project context against heuristics

Requirements: - Extensive experience in architecting user interface design for at least 4 high profile mobile games or at least 3 years of Internet or mobile Internet design experience
- Experience with one or more design tools
- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and associated design tools
- Excellent design skills, production value and attention to detail
- Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage personal workflow against project budgets and timelines in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Sharp, analytical, and thoughtful. Sound judgment and thoroughly thinks through problems to come up with solutions
- Strong team player, behaves like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards
