Job Description: ·
- Handle full set of accounts, review accounts for subsidiaries, handle monthly consolidation report.
- Maintainup-to-date General Ledger, bank reconciliations, with timely follow upidentified discrepancies.
- Quarterly GST submission, yearly income tax submission, IR8A,IR21 for tax clearance and all related report to IRAS.
- Petty cash management, staff reimbursement, CPF submission.
- Liaising with external auditor for financial audit on group level.
- Liaising with corporate secretaryto handle Annual Return and all related according to ACRA’s requirement.
- Manage travel requests, apply visa for employees who need to travel on business purpose.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date documentation, manage vendors and customer service agreements.
- Plan & Organize events/ meetings, In charge of procurement of office supplies.
- Any ad-hoc duties commensurate with the role may be assigned from time to time.
· Job requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in performing accounting related function.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates).
- Able to work independently.
- Familiarity with MYOB and P.R.C Accounting rules is an advantage.
- Good organizational and communication skills with sense of commitment and responsibility.
- Strong focus on timely and accurate reporting.
Salary range: $2500-$3500
