Company is Singapore's fast growingFintech company managing an exchange trading platform; Top 5 market leaderin the industry across the world, with large clientele in the US and UK market.

Business has direction of expanding into thegreater market in Asia region, therefore on an active hiring plans of CustomerSupport Senior / Executives.

Due to various needs, we are looking for 2 types of employment: 1) Permanentfull-time 2) Temporary contracts with plans of extension orconverted to perm.

This is a 5-day work week employment.Candidates must be comfortable working on weekends, public holidays and shifts.

3 Shifts: Morning 8am to 5pm / Night 4pm to 1am / Midnight 12am to 8am.

Responsibilities

· Provide prompt, efficient and high standardcustomer service support intrading via live chat, email and phonecalls.

· Familiar with company trading platform andkeeping up-to-date on general maket conditions to attend inquiries and providefirst class trading experience.

· Diligently and effectively manage and followup any enquiry of current or prospective clients.

· Understand customer 'needs and convert it asfeedback opportunities to innovate the service'.

· Continously seek for improvement to enhanceteam's performance and work efficiently.

· Provide harmonious interpersonal workrelationship with everyone in the organization.

· Excellent problem solving skills, team playerand driven for growth.

Requirements

· Diploma and above in any discipline

· Proficient in English & Chinese inCommunication skills (Written and spoken)

· Great passion to develop knowldege and careerin trading / investment

· Team player, who is committed and self-driven,with the ability to respond positively to a client's request for assistance
