We are looking for a role of Resource Supply Chain Management(RSCM) as the regional manager, and the role is to expected to:

1. Manage the entire RSCM team who are decentralized in China mainland, HK, and Malaysia. Total 4 members.
2. Report line is to managing director. Manage both Service Partner Network, and Product Supply Network.
3. Define the RSCM management strategy and regional operational plan, including but not limited to

(1) manage the existing regional IT service partners by defing the KPI and review plan (2) Lead the RSCM team to explorer the new regional IT servce partners so as to setup the solid Service Partner Network (3) Develop the internal management plan to uplift RSCM team's capability (4) setup the regional IT product supply network. (5) Manage the Partner Billing delivering the timely and accurate partner billing service.

4. Work as key stake holder and RSCM business owner in collaboration with internal GSD and account management team to deliver the efficient project based resource support as of the key KPI.

Criterials and Requirement

1. 5-8+ years experience in IT Service and Product Supply industry, and experience on regioanl team management and practice.
2. Experience on IT Partner Network managment and Procurement Management.
3. Procient English and Mandarin language
4. Very proactive and aggressive on team and partner management.
5. Work on Process and SOP driven, and capable of managing and improving internal management policy
