月租是$1300水电网空调全包，可以煮，没屋主。主人房住着一位男性，另一个普通房是一对夫妻。住的都是专业人士，生活很规律。
合约到期今年9月，但你可以续约。我现在付的月租就是$1300。所以没办法再便宜了

I just changed my job to Tuas so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease which ends in Sep 2021.
The room is available from 1st March onwards.
$1300 inclusive of aircon and utilities. No owner staying here and you can cook all you like.
The other master bedroom is tenanted out to a male, and the other common room is a couple. Everyone is working professional, regular working hours.
