教学研究部 项目顾问一、岗位描述：

1、主动调研、深度挖掘市场客户需求、结合当下时政热点进行课题研究，研发培训产品，且独立开发拓展海内外政企商界专家学者，扩充公司师资资源库；

2、根据变化的市场需求灵活应变的进行资源整合，研发及创新传统的授课形式、迭代培训产品；

3、独立完成新培训产品/新培训形式的：整体方案设计、内容与课程脚本的编写、培训素材的视频拍摄与剪辑、配合师资执行培训或翻译工作、协助师资进行导学的讲解工作。

4、跟听课程、跟踪客户反馈，诊断课程质量，优化培训产品并与授课老师就问题沟通改进措施，不断提升客户满意度；

5、参与各类与公司业务相关的论坛活动，拓宽上下游合作资源拓展商业机会；

6、预约、协调老师授课时间，并同步完成老师授课的系类行政工作。

二、岗位要求：

1、 本科及以上学历，对中国、新加坡及国际时政热点、新闻政策有深度了解及研究，有中新政府、经济、产业园区、社会新闻从业经验者优先；

2、 擅长捕捉客户需求，有强大的学习及调研能力，且能将调研成果转化为被客户接受的培训产品；

3、具有较强的资料搜集和学习能力、对学习新知识充满热情，材料撰写能力强；

4、资源拓展与开发、与人交流，具备较强的组织、协调、中英文沟通、写作能力、应变能力；

5、 根据部门工作安排，能接受弹性制加班及回中国出差；

6、 具有较强的执行力和责任心，能主动合理把握事项推进节奏。

Key Responsibilities

·      Be responsible forinvestigating and in-depth exploring customer needs, design and developtraining products combined with current hot topics, and exploit domestic andoverseas government and business experts to meet company’s requirement.

·      Manage and integrate resources,create new teaching and training forms and methods based on the flexiblecustomer requirements.

·      Manage all aspects of coursedesign, development, and implementation, including overall course plan,curriculum and ancillary materials preparation, course script writing, videoshooting and editing, providing bilingual interpretation, and assistingteachers as they start the course.

·      Track customers’ feedback,measure course quality, optimize products and communicate with teachers toimprove the customers’ satisfaction.

·      Attend conferences andactivities related to company’s business, broaden upstream and downstreamcooperative resources.

·      Make reservation and liaisewith teachers to fulfill all relative administrative works.

Basic Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree or above, havegood knowledge of current affairs, policy’s new phrases for both Singapore andChina. Work experience in local or Chinese government, financial institution,industrial park or social journalism is a plus.

·      Strong skill in in-depthresearching and quick learning, and extremely good at understanding customers’needs in order to design courses match customers’ expectation.

·      Strong ability of datacollection and learning, enthusiasm for learning new knowledge, and exceptionalwritten skills are required.

·      Ability to develop and manageresources, strong communication skills, excellent organizational andcoordination skills, strong written, and verbal communication skills in bothChinese and English.

·      Able to work in flexible hours,willing to take short-term business trip to China whenever required.

·      Strong execution skills, senseof responsibility, self-motivated sprint, can control the pace of project’sprogress actively and appropriately.
