公司背景: 1999年 成立至今,分别在上海、广州、北京、新加坡拥有四家独资公司。
工作要求: - 1. 负责日常公司行政,财务会计工作
- 2. 负责审核账单,差旅报销,提交支付申请
- 3. 负责销售数据统计、分析、整理和汇报
- 4. 负责协助与中国分公司协调资金外来
- 5. 负责协助配合公司年度税务,审计工作
- 6. 负责协助资金管理,现金流管理,银行对账
- 7. 完成其它交办工作
- 8. 财务工作基本都不难,不需要经验,但需要心细和良好学习态度
职位要求: - 1. 大专以上学历
- 2. 1年相关工作岗位经验者优先 (欢迎应届毕业生)
- 3. 熟悉中国国内财务准则,商业环境等优先
- 4. 必须能够流利应用中文与中国同事口语和书面沟通 (邮件沟通基本为中文)
- 5. 须有基础英文沟通和阅读能力,与本地银行经理沟通,邮件等
- 5. 熟练应用各种办公软件,MS excel,word,ppt等
- 6. 只适合新加坡公民和永居申请
- 7. 无财务相关经验亦可,只要肯学,业务不繁重,有学习时间
- 8. 需要有良好学习态度,不用吃苦,但起码要用心去思考和处理工作
福利:
薪酬 1800~2500,看经验和能力。
每年都有机会去出国旅行(现在疫情例外)
工作时间相对灵活,绝不加班。
工作时间 9.30~5.30
地点:tanjung pagar,市中心,Mrt出口2分钟步行

Company background
The group have companies located in Beijing,Shanghai, Guangzhou & Singapore. The company is in a medicine trading business. Due to rapid growing,now is offering an new accounts executive position.
Your roles
- daily admin & accounting related tasks
- checking on bills, claims and submit for payment
- managing sales data and report to supervisor
- assisting in payment to the related company in China
- assisting in annul audit, tax computation & any related tasks
- managing Cash flow, bank reconciliation
- other ad-hoc tasks
- we need you to have a good working and learning attitude, a can do mindset
Requirements
- At least Diploma
- Required language(s): Chinese is a must, to communicate with chinese speaking associates.
- Graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the admin related position.
- Candidate with prior experiences working in a Chinese firm will be preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Only Singaporean and PR need apply
Benefits:
Salary range : 1800-2500, depends on experience
