FILA is looking for a passionate caliber to join the team to cope with our business expansion and new stores opening.

Responsibilities:

-Drive and boost sales opportunities to hit the sales target
-Provide prestige service to promote the stylish brand and lifestyle fashion to our customers
-Sustain and support the smooth operations in the shop with regular updates and reporting to the Shop Manager
-Initiate breakthrough ideas to add value to the operations and business
-Reinforce the team spirit to promote a positive culture on teamwork

Requirements:

-Secondary school or above
-At least 1 year of retail sales experience
-Mature with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
-Can-do attitude, self-motivated and be a good team player
-Energetic, enthusiastic character with passion
-Positive mind to adapt dynamic environment
-Sensitive to figures and good analytical mind
-Candidates with more experiences will be considered for senior roles

Salary: $1900 + Commission
