Willing to work on rotational shift:	7 am to 4 pm, 2 pm to 11 pm & 5 pm to 2 am (Every 2 weeks rotational)
Candidate Requirement	Job Responsibilities: Will be involved in managing IT infrastructure support monitoring using various tools Review existing technical design documents and be aware of components in scope Staff will be required to upkeep , manage / maintain the availability of supported technology Staff will be required to work on / troubleshoot basic level ,monitoring alert incidents raised for supported technologies Work on project tasks (Service Requests) to enable new services , change / modify existing services based on user requirements Manage the IT infrastructure and provide information to requesters about access , batch jobs Learn and operate in ITIL framework Daily health checks Report generation Knowledge transfer from L2 and L3 based on scope Scheduling maintenance tasks Setup and enable real time monitoring Incident follow up Scheduling periodic patch sets on dev and Production Restore Call customer to complete/correct DBA requests Initiate or update Document procedures
