室内效果图制作
1、居住空间设计表现
包括：家装效果图，客厅效果图，卧室，餐厅，厨房，书房琴房，休闲厅，视听室，儿童房效果图。
2、酒店餐饮娱乐效果图设计
包括：星级宾馆酒店效果图，大堂，共享空间，大堂吧，四季厅效果图，商务中心，多功能厅，迪厅，酒吧，咖啡厅，桑拿，KTV，歌厅，包间，茶坊，游泳，健身，网吧，美容美发，SPA，婚纱、影楼，餐厅，西餐厅，中餐厅，宴会厅，歌舞厅设计效果图。

3、公共办公空间设计效果图
包括：办公楼，写字楼，写字间效果图，大厅、门厅，接待台，总经理室，总裁、行长、局长室，会议室，接待室，资料室，大会议厅，政务、银行、金融、电信营业厅效果图，医院，学校，书店，少年宫、幼儿园，阶梯教室，展览馆，博物馆，邮局，音乐厅，影剧院，体育馆，办公家具效果图。

4、商业展示空间设计效果图
包括：商业店面，商场、商店、专卖店效果图，服装、化妆品、珠宝、电器。

服务流程第一步：图纸发送我们（CAD平面图，吊顶图，立面施工图）进行报价，如认可价格，请支付50%定金

第二步：我们把模型做好渲染小图与你确认，你需要确认灯光、材质、模型等所有东西

第三步：确认满意后通知我们出图,你把剩下50%费用支付我们

第四步：收到余款后我们把大图发送给你(1500像素）（36小时出图，不含发图当日）
本公司出图标准1500*1150满足A3规格。如需要A2或者更高另通知，（模型建好角度对打加收50%费用）

修  改：局部材质修改免费一次  修改吊顶，立面方案收费20%-30% 推翻方案重新收费  需要模型免费

         上班时间为：9：00 -6：00(中午吃饭是时间为12：00-13：00  请合理的安排对图和取图时间

Impression Drawing
1、Living space design performance
Including：Domestic Design，living room impression drawing，bedroom，dining Room，kitchen，study room，lounge，audio-visual room and children room.

2、Hotel dining and entertainment renderings design
Including: Star Hotels effect drawing, lobby, shared space, lobby bar, Four Seasons Hall effect diagram, business center, function rooms, discos, bars, cafes, sauna, KTV, karaoke bars, private rooms, tea house, swimming, fitness, Internet cafe, beauty salon, spa, wedding, studio, restaurant, Western restaurant, Chinese restaurant, banquet hall, dance hall design impression drawing.

3、Public office space design renderings
Including: office buildings, lobby, reception, General Manager's Office, the president, governors, the Secretary room, conference room, reception room, reference library, conference hall, government, banking, finance, telecommunications Business Hall effect diagram, hospitals, schools, bookstores, Children's Palace, kindergarten, lecture halls, exhibition halls, museums, post offices, concert halls, theaters, stadiums, office furniture effect drawings.

4、Commercial exhibition space design renderings
Including: commercial storefronts, malls, shops, stores effect diagram, clothing, cosmetics, jewelry, electrical appliances.

Service Flow
1.       Send us your CAD drawing, ceiling drawing, construction drawing that can help us to understand the project.

2.       After the evaluation, a quotation and due date will be given. Most projects are done within 48 hours turnaround time, depending on the complexity of the render

3.       Once we receive your approval via email we will begin working on rendering. For confirmation, 50% of the quotation has to be paid as deposit.

4.       A rendering model and drawing will be designed and send to your approval. Confirmation and approval by the customers on the finishes, architectural details, colours, decorations, extra elements, etc.

5.       After final approval, the final design will be in progress and the rest of the payment has to be completed.

6.       After receiving the payment, the original impression drawing will be sent (within 36 hours). Our company’s drawing standard is 1500*1150 for A3 specifications. If A2 or higher specifications are required, request must be given before the final payment.

Modifications: Slight modifications can be done once for free. Additional charges will be required for detail modifications.
