Junior Secretary cum Accounts Assistant

Perform all secretarial functions for the Manager in monitoring appointments, screening phone calls, assist in meeting, maintain files, attend to correspondence and emails, make travel arrangements etc.
Assist in Business with overseas customers, specific local customers and overseas suppliers.
Maintain files for overseas suppliers and customers.
Handle correspondence by drafting letters, faxes independently.
Manage accounts payable by using quickbook.
Bank reconciliations, processing expenses claims and petty cash.

Requirements:

Certificate or Dipolma

Have a good communication and inter-personal skills
Good Knowledge of computer skills of Mircosoft Word, Excel and others.
Monday – Friday From 9.00am to 5.30pm (off on Saturday and Sunday)
Salary: S$1600 - S$2000
