请问：
在新加坡ROM 老公是SC 自己目前只是LTSVP 结婚2年零1个月
结婚后没有长期在新加坡居住 来过几次
现在想申请婚姻无效 重新做选择 可以吗？还是只能申请分居3年等离婚？
有懂的人支招吗？
因为不想背着离婚的名字 所以想看能不能申请婚姻无效

我的意思是说 可以申请撤销婚姻吗
因为我没有在新加坡长期居住过

If you can prove that the marriage is not consumated then it is easy to void it. (No intimacy during the marriage) If not, you have to go through 3 years separation process before the divorce is being nulled regardless whether the other has consented to it.

If you do not want to wait for three years separation process to null your marriage you have to prove that there is no consummation during the marriage period that could lead to void.

好像结婚两年之内，不管你们是同居还是两地分居，都可以申请“婚姻无效”，且不需要负担女方的赔偿；但楼主似乎刚刚超过两年，不知还行不行，再去问问吧！
