9，你家门很大吗？普通门好像不用这么贵吧？wrought iron gate 和 普通的铁门价格是差不错的。
Pymt Term 也不好，应该是50%-60% on progress, balance upon completion.
其他贵得不离谱。

铁门和护栏已经找到人来装了。比这个便宜好多。
主卧的厕所要敲掉旧的bathtube,either建一个新的shower screen,或者换一个新的bathtub.

我的装修商也是贵的，只是自己图轻松和质量，就让他们包全部了，不然到头来有问题谁都推卸责任。刚在巴沙看到有做铁门的促销4尺的388,5尺的488。SHOWER SCREEN我是找朋友做的，不到600.
