求助.在新加坡找警察来投诉邻居噪音有效么?

我住在学生宿舍,由于隔壁房间每晚都吵到2,3点.想报警处理,请教大家不知是否有效?

按照规定，你必须要先本人和对方交涉（过程最好用手机之类的偷偷录音保留证据），交涉未果或交涉后对方仍然没有改进才能去警察局

超过10点可以报警。。警察也不能做什么， 最多警告下。

讨厌楼主这种动不动报警的人，就像打小报告，有事还是和对方好好谈比较好。

可以报警，不需要什么自己协商录音之类。直接拨打999.

Plse understand the diff. between "Urgent or Non-urgent"matter.

Police Emergency call  no will be 999
Examples of correct 999 usages:
1) "My neighbour’s house is being burgled and the burglar is still inside."
2) "I've just seen a car crash and it looks like people are seriously injured."
3) "Gang members are fighting in the street and some of them have weapons."

If u are a minor, i can't blame you, if u are an adult, u should know this very well, agreed?

do u know how the police operates now a days?
no more COR or DOR.
all 999 calls are diverted to division itself.
on the pretext of no knowing where he/she stay, 999 is the best obtion.
noise pollution can be from a dispute where people are arguing with loud noise, and resulting in violence.
if u have any fren in the force now, go check it out what's the classification of dispute. urgent or non-urgent?
besides, its never wrong to call 999 when ever 'police assitance is required'

老大，你从哪个洞里钻出来的啊？这纯粹是从中文直接翻译的英文。
不能打999报警？你可知道就猫叫春干扰居民睡眠，都可以报警的？
再跟你说下，我在新加坡警察部队全职呆了6年，之后每年回去服役到去年才退役的。

还有你先前给人家的建议，去问问你的所谓律师朋友， sec 420 cap 224 或者 sec 468 cap 224 这两者的分别。
新加坡人估计写不出你这样子的英文，因为中文水平不够！！
