这个时间去哪里看?他们没写的话也能补偿?
Did you carefully study the contract before you sign on the line?
The compensation due to late arrival is always based on goodwill and not bonded by contract. Therefore I will suggest that you go over to VW and talk nicely to the sales person citing your problems. Give room for discussion and not make demands creating a dispute you cannot reverse. Don't listen to the nonsense whereby banging table works. When your car is with them, they can do anything. It doesn't necessary have to be hazardous to your well being. There is such a term called cannibalisation in which workshops can replace your new parts with older ones that have probably expended half its lifespan. And if you think you can claim any warranty over that. Try dealing with the VW counter.
With high sales volume, VW is struggling to keep up with the overwhelming sales order. So if you have to wait, the rest have to wait like you too. You won't receive any special treatment when your sales order is just as 'big' as the rest.
Conduct yourself intelligently. Don't do things recklessly like many Chinese do.
FYI, I have been driving a VW for a little more than 3 years, bought from VW directly and never had any problems with the sales though I carry out my own service elsewhere. I read what I sign for, communicate nicely showing the due respect as a sales person will expect. Never once did I demanded anything out of the norm and I've never had problems in the transfer of car ownership from the custody of VW to me.

Hi Uglysise, thanks, I am flattered. Indeed, your observation deserves commendation. I am a Singaporean. So are my parents and grand parents.
