我是马来西亚人。马来西亚的股票上市公司有写出公司存票记录（Record of Depositors）的日期。

只有出现在公司存票记录（Record of Depositors）上的股东，才有资格出席AGM，公司会在AGM召开前的至少3个交易日内，取得有关记录。

请问sgx.com哪里可以看到这个？

就是哪一天买的话，4点之前，记录出现在公司的股东记录，你就有资格参加AGM。同时是AGM当天的1个礼拜前，你买入股票，才有资格。





请问SGX哪里可以看到这个？





2）有free gift吗？

大马的AGM都有给RM50的STARBUCKS/KFC  CASH VOUCHER ,可以去直接当成现金使用。

没有CASH VOUCHER吗？大马的有给RM50 STARBUCKS CASH VOUCHER。

去过客户的，在新达城的某个会议厅，门口就是些茶点，人人都可以去，然后登记拿年报，开会听chairman, director们讲话，再提问，然后就结束了，30分钟左右。
有个老人进去拿好年报就坐到角落睡觉了，然后结束后开始一个人狂吃，然后离去。

A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting (“Meeting”) is entitled to
appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his/her stead. A proxy need not be a Member of the
Company.
