现在黑心公司都要扣护照 说说你们怎么解决的阿

公司一直扣着护照  有时候要拿护照还不给    扣护照就算了  还扣着2000钱    如果说我匿名举报有用嘛

正常的,公司也有在mom交保证金,你万一悄声无息的走了公司损失也不小

任何人或单位都无权扣留身份证或护照的，没有人找工作还要交押金。完全是违规违法的行为。公司也有在mom交保证金是公司的行为，不关员工的事。

就算扣护照也得有法律依据，除非员工犯法，法院有权扣他的护照。如果公司怎么怕有损失的话，那就别开公司做生意，或请别人就行啦。

自2007年12月1日起，新加坡政府实施《护照法》（PASSPORT ACT）。根据该法第47条第5款规定：如果某人扣留或扣押在新加坡他人的外籍旅行证件将构成犯罪，应处10000新元以下罚款或处10年以下监禁。罚款和监禁也可一并执行。如需查看《护照法》详细内容，可登录http://statutes.agc.gov.sg/。 《护照法》第47条第5款原文如下：If (a) a person has or retains possession or control in Singapore of a foreign travel document; and (b) the person knows that the foreign travel document was not issued to him, the person shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years or to both. 注：外籍旅行证件包括我大陆及港澳特区公民护照、台胞证、旅行证、回国证明等合法证件。
