请教 BTO第一次购房的算法

参加了今年9月bto的申请, 但拿到的号码比较靠后, 估计到我选时,也不剩多少好房了。因为之前有过一次放弃选房的经历, 所以这是算第二次了。我想知道自己是否可以以第一次申请者的身份, 申请11月的bto 和剩余组屋, 如果我放弃9月的选房机会, 会不会影响11月的选房, 按照第一次购房者身份进行的抽签是否有效, 谢谢.

HDB 的说明。不是很明白

if you do not book a flat in a BTO / Sale of Balance Flats exercise on two occasions when invited to do so, the following will apply:
  
For First-timer Applicants
  
Your subsequent flat applications in our sales exercises will be placed in the second-timer category for one year. During the one-year period, if you turn down another two chances to book a flat, the one-year period will be extended, i.e. your subsequent applications will be placed in the second-timer category for one year from the date of your latest flat selection appointment.
  
For Second-timer Applicants
  
You will not be allowed to participate in any of our sales exercises for one year.

我理解的意思是first timer 2次放弃选房机会，接下来的一年可以bto,但算2nd timer了，也就是说放弃9月选房11月抽签算2nd timer了。

因为你说之前放弃过一次，所以如果9月份bto轮到你选了但是你没有选，就算是放弃第二次机会，不可以参加11月份的bto。直到明年的9月份才能恢复1st time buyer的身份。

以上是我的理解，你可以再跟HDB确认一下。
