买房准备贷款了,中介推荐了May Bank 的贷款配套。目前还未与其他银行比较过,不知道这样的方案跟UOB、DBS或者OCBC相比怎样?
另外就是对Sibor走向的预测。。。选固定还是浮动的好呢?
方案一:Fixed Rate Package -2 Years Lock-in Thereafter: SRFR -1.25% = 2.5% (SRFR 自从2007年以来,保持在3.75% 没变动)
方案二:Fixed Rate Package -3 Years Lock-in Thereafter: SRFR -1.25% = 2.5%
方案三:3M Sibor FloatingRate Package - 2 Years Lock-in Year 1: | 0.75%+ 3M Sibor=1.4% currently | | 0.90%+ 3M Sibor =1.55%currently |
Thereafter: 1.25% p.a. + 3M Sibor = 1.9% currently (3M Sibor Rate is currently at 0.65)
方案四:3M Sibor FloatingRate Package (NO LOCK IN)
