Customer Service Assistant (Parttime)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone and email enquiries
- Assist with customers' issues and provide advice
- Provide administration support to customer service &sales department.
- Documents administration including DO,PO & Invoice
- Data entries and report generation.
- Attending to customer service hotline and walk-in customer.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English & Chinese verbal & written communication in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
- PC software skill (such as Microsoft Office)
- Able to attend work at least 22 hours per week.
Location: Raffles Place
Others:
- Flexible working hour from Monday – Friday (between 8:30am-6:00pm)
- $7 per hour
