各位修友好，我是普通二手condo局部简单翻新，请帮忙看看这个询价是否合理，第一次搞，完全不懂，谢谢大家！这个ID写的很细，我们没有全部装修，



A)	WIRING WORK

Terms of Payment : Deposit upon confirmation.
40% upon before start works.
40% upon completion of paint work
