* Position Title Assistant Sales Manager

* Responsibilities
1. Support Sales Manager in managing the sales account online;
2. Prepare and process sales orders, ensure delivery is effected as requested by customer;
3. Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, handle sales enquiry, complain and follow up;
4. Any additional ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

* Requirement
1. Relevant experience in e-business is preferred;
2. Familiar with computer and internet operation;
3. Meticulous and is able to work independently under time stress;
4. Able to multi-task and meet deadline;
