QS:
1. Assist with preparation of tenders submission and pre-tender pricing verification 2. Prepare monthly progress claims and necessary cost analysis reports. 3. Timely preparation of Bill of Quantities. 4. Any other duties as assigned by your supervisors. 5. Assist Project Manager in procurement and submission
M&E Coordinator:
1. Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors 2. Understand project contract requirement and liaise with architectural coordinators and design engineers about the drawing. 3. Ensure timely submissions and compliance to regulatory requirements 4. Check and make sample with shop drawing submission
