请教DPR问题，求解答

我是新公民，在帮老婆申请DPR。 申请表格里面有两个问题是过去有没有在新加坡居住过， 还有列出过去5年所有居住过的国家和地址。
我一直没有帮老婆申请LTVP。 老婆在国内打理生意， 每次过来都是探亲签证，差不多2、3个月过来一次新加坡。 请问这样算是在新加坡居住吗

只写中国的地址就好了吗，还是可以把新加坡的写上
