• 安全协调员
  

• Directs entity’s safety programs to protect employees against harm, and maintain safe working conditions.
• Formulates and suggests work safety standards, and enforces procedures. Risk prevention areas include hazardous materials exposure, accidents, fires, or other unsafe conditions. Meets compliance and reporting requirements of federal or state regulations.
• Directs activities of safety committee and may provide safety training.
• Advises management on problem correction.
  

要求:有两年建筑行业工作经验;持本地相关安全方面证书;公民或PR优先考虑

2.机械工程师

Work under the Senior Mechanical Engineer for Project,including design and site construction as following,

1.Process design,such as plant layout,PID etc..

2.Pipe layout and ISO drawing design and construction.

3.Tank design and construction.

4.Mechanical Equipment design and construction such as pump and other rotation equipments.

5.Equipment and material list.

6.Mechanical Equipment and material specification and data sheet.

7.Project work site method statement.

8.Other Mechanical work.

要求:有两年建筑行业工作经验;持相关证书;公民或PR优先考虑

3.电气仪表工程师

Work und.er the Senior Mechanical Engineer for Project,including design and site construction as following,

1.Electrical Distribution system load calculation and analysis.

2.Electrical signal line drawing.

3.Electrical equipment and material list.

4.Electrical specification and data sheet.

5.Instrumentation system such as PCS,DCS etc.

6.Instrumentation and material specification and data sheet.

7.Instrumentation and material list.

8.Instrumentation hook up drawing.

9.Testing and Commissioning.

10.Other E&I work.

要求:有两年建筑行业工作经验;持相关证书;公民或PR优先考虑

4.土建工程师

Work under the Senior Mechanical Engineer for Project,including design and site construction as following,

1.Foudation and pilling

2.Building

3.Steel struction,such as pipe rack etc.

5.QS

• preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
• undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
• assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies;
• performing risk, value management and cost control;
• advising on procurement strategy;
• identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks;
• preparing and analysing costings for tenders;
• allocating work to subcontractors;
• providing advice on contractual claims;
• analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports;
• valuing completed work and arranging payments;
• maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use;
• understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
  

6.行政助理
  协助申请或取消工人准证等MOM相关事宜;机票酒店安排;办公室一般事务(包括文具,墨盒,打印纸预订等);裕廊岛入岛证申请等


7.保洁阿姨
主要负责员工宿舍的卫生.行为端正,做事细心.


8.保安员
身体强壮,观察力强.
