（一）Purchase Assistant 采购助理 (Ship Management)

岗位职责：

Coordinate with Purchasing and other related departments, suppliers, forwarders/shipping agents etc for timely ordered ship’s store/spares as well as items in the /purchase order
Issue Requests for Quotations , prepare bid analyses for approval and appoint supply to vessel
Develop reliable alternative sources of suppliers/shipping agents to meet organization's requirements and ensure compliance with the policies and practices of the company
Resolve complaints on all shipments
Advise the immediate superior and department leader of any late delivery of goods and seek instructions and directions for follow-up courses of action
Review shipping work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Expedite shipping documents and assist in the arrangement for timely supply to the fleet vessels.

岗位要求:

Minimum 1 year of working experience in Ship Management or Shipping Operations
Knowledge in shipping laws, marine cargo insurance as well as purchase procedures etc
Good organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Excellent English and Chinese written and oral communicational skills to liaise with clients and associates
Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Entry level candidates are welcomed

1.中专及以上学历，海事、物流、交通类相关专业；

2. 一年以上海事领域、业务操作经验者优先考虑；

3.熟悉采购操作流程及海事相关法律法规，具备海上保险等专业知识者优先考虑；

4.具有基本的英语水平；

5.欢迎毕业生加入；身份要求：新加坡公民、PR、LTVP、DP（本公司是中国企业，欢迎中国人士加入）

（二）公司福利：

1.工作时间：周一到周五，早上9:00-下午6:00；周六周日双休；

2.公共假期：按照新加坡法定公共假日休息，不按照中国假日休息；

3.保险：住院、门诊医疗保险，牙科医疗报销等。

4.试用期3个月，试用期后年假12天；
