- Able to handle general secretarial assignments for clients
· Assist to prepare fullsets accounts by using MYOB for clients
- Manage general admin, attendance records and medical claims for staff.
- Perform other adhoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
- Sufficient knowledge & relevant local working experience to carry out general admin duties
- Able to muti-task and prioritize work
- Willing to do any adhoc duties as assigned
- Good command of Chinese & English in both written & spoken(to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
- Fast learner and resourceful with good logical and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, responsible, adaptable, flexible with good work attitude
- Accounting experience with good knowledge of MYOB will be preferred
· CorporateSecretarial experience is added advantage
- Remuneration will be commensurate with assessed competence
- Only applicable for DP, LTVP, Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident.

- Working hour from 9am to 6pm
- 5 days week
- Near City Hall MRT Station
