走路5分钟到蔡厝港地铁站，巴士转换站，有一普通房长期出租，一月25号入住。

房间是重新油漆过通风过的新房，里面所有的家电和家私都是全新的。全新的冷气，遥控风扇，高级床架，床垫和梳妆台，书桌，电脑椅，内置大衣柜。厨房里的冰箱，洗衣机，厕所的热水器等家用电器都是全新的。整套房都是特别通风凉快的，而且楼下一分钟即到食阁，对面就是7-11，生活交通都非常方便。
The room has been recently repainted and fully ventilated afterwards. All theelectrical appliances and furniture are brand new including air-conditioner,remote ceiling fan, bed frame, mattress, dressing table, writing table,computer chair and built-in wardrobe. Fridge and washing machine in kitchen aswell as shower heater are also brand new. The entire unit is cold breeze, withclose proximity to food court down stair and 7-11 diagonally opposite our unit.The nearest bus station is just 2 minutes walkingdistance away.

The entire unit consists of three (3) rooms, where themaster bed room and another common room has been occupied by landlord couple andone existing female tenant respectively. There will be only four (4) paxesliving under one roof if you are to rent the room alone. All of us are friendlyand easy going. We are looking for tenant who are currently employed, easygoing and self-driven in maintaining the room cleanliness. Monthly rental feeis S$600 for single occupant including utilities (water, electricity and wifi)or S$500 without aircon provision. No cooking is allowed.
