谢谢你的解答!我们看不太懂那个合同,全英文的,怎么样的字词算是提到了有关这个罚金的,我在合同里找到这么一条是关于提前退租的:
f) If this Agreement should be terminated by the Tenant before the expiry of the tenancy herein as aforesaid, the Tenant shall FORFEIT the DePOSIT withheld by the landlord and to REIMBURSE to the Landlord, in respect of the unexpired portion of the tenancy, a proportionate part of the commission paid by the landlord to his real estate agency, ...
这条是说押金Deposit全扣和支付部分中介费的。
同时还有一条是有关损坏补偿的条款:
m) Notwithstanding anything herein contained the Landlord shall be under no liability to the Tenant.... for accidents, happenings or injuries sustained or for loss of or damage to property goods or chattels in the said premises or the negligence of any servant or agent of the Landlord or otherwise and the Tenant shall keep the Landlord fully indemnifies against all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, orders damages, costs, losses and expenses of any nature whatsoever which the landlord may incur or suffer in connection with the aforesaid.
现在的问题是,你已经扣了我全部的押金,这些提到损坏的补偿到底是额外付还是从押金里扣呢?
