Responsibilities

· Provideexceptional customer service to current and prospective customers

· Effectivelycommunicate key product features and benefits to customers via online supportcenter (mainly e-mail and some phone)

· Respond tomembership questions

· Assistcustomers with account inquiries and changes

· Assist introubleshooting mobile application and website software issues

· Receive andprocess international payments

You will be providing website and customer service support for:SeekingArrangement.com, MissTravel.com and SeekingMillionaire.com.

Requirements

This position is for a full-time Customer Support Representative withoccasional opportunities for overtime and holiday pay, to help support ourgrowing team.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with and helping customers, andhave a desire to apply their technical support and/or computer knowledgetowards their work. This person must be well organized, extremely personableand work well within a team environment. We are looking for a quick learner whois flexible and can take on a variety of projects with minimal supervision.

· 1-3 yearsCustomer Support experience

· 1-3 yearsTechnical/Computer experience

· Energeticself-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment

· Strongwritten and oral communication skills

· Proficient inEnglish and Mandarin

· Detail-orientedand exceptionally organized

· Comfortableand passionate with technology

· Comfortablewith early office hours, starting 8am or earlier

· Goodattendance record

Salary2000 - 2500 SG
