Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant
(full time)
Responsibilities
•        General Administrative work. Include but not limited to handling phone calls and undertake reception duties
•        Issue invoices and perform data entry in Yonyou U8 system(training provided)
•        Manage orders and purchases of office supplies, air tickets or other services
•        Prepare monthly attendance report.
•        Provide administrative support to Financial & HR Manager
•        Staff accommodation management
•        Perform other ad-hoc administration tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements
•        Minimum “O” Level
•        Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Words, Excel and PowerPoint
•        Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•        Willing to learn and long term work /develop in organization
•        Experience in administrative work with accounting/HR knowledge
•        5 days work week
•        Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts from China
•        Only Singaporeans or Singapore PR need to apply
•        Fresh graduate welcome
