· Locationat Shanghai Office (HQ at Singapore) · Salary RMB 6,000 – RMB 10,000 · Office Hour, 5 Days
Responsibility
- Provide client servicing and establish high standard of service excellence.
- Coordinate each move according to client’s shipping requirement and profile.
- Timely delivery of goods.
- Documentation and records administration from timely response to emails enquiries, preparation of quotation acceptance, receiving of goods, conditions check reporting, preparation of work order for operations, barcode for storage, retrieval and subsequent billing.
- Follow up of goods in-transit and under storage.
- To liaise between Sales and Finance & Accounting to ensure proper execution of documents according to Standard Operations Procedure.
Requirements:
- Experience in logistic customer service is an added advantage
- Experience in shipping is preferred
- Proficiency in English (written and oral skills) is an added advantage
- Numerate analytical and competent in Microsoft Office Application, especially MS Excel
- Highly proficient in Data/Information Management skills
- Able to work under tight timeline
- Good team player
- Positive attitude towards work
