Duties and Responsibilities: - Liaise and coordinate internally with Sales and Marketing team. - Provide timely and accurate reports; perform data analysis, management, process information into accurate, usable and relevant format. - Manage the day to day admin functions. - Work with the eCommerce team to provide appropriate images, content. - To provide high quality support to the company, providing help desk duties, responding to daily incoming calls. - Answer all inquiries request or complaints received through the telephone and to keep proper records of such inquiries, requests or complaints. - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements: - Min Diploma/Degree holders - Relevant working experience will be an advantage - Have good computer application knowledge (eg., MS Office) - Have a Keen interest in e-commerce and digital marketing - Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken - Singapore citizen, PR or LOC
