2. Tocarry customer account relationship activities with the purpose of servicing,maintaining, developing, keeping, expanding WaveLab’s customer base.
Core responsibilities
- Maintain and expand sales in existing customers’ accounts.
- Develop new sales accounts and identify business growth opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentation and demonstrations to customers and prospects.
- Prepare proposals, sales quotations and budgetary costing.
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Carry out after sales follow-up and provide technical support to customers.
- At times, required to negotiate with customers under instructions from the manager.
- ers.Participate in exhibitions – prepare brochures and other materials, logistics arrangement.
- Work closely with R&D for new design development.
- Arrange for delivery of products to customer.
- Any other duties that management may assign from time to time.
Job specifications | Technical Skills
- 1 to 2 years’ proven hands-on experience in sales in engineering / technology field.
- Degree or Diploma cert desirable.
