S | Reports areas of concern and non-compliance to Operations Manager for day-to-day operations |
S | Attending to customers' orders and enquiries |
S | Assigning and Deploying the appropriate transport after confirm job orders from customers |
S | Assisting Operations Manager to monitor transport costs effectively |
S | Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements |
S | Communicating with drivers and operators on job orders |
S | Resolve problems concerning transportation and customer issues |
S | Plan and Implement policies, procedures and improvements for logistics systems or processes |
S | Prepare reports as required by the Operations Manager |
S | Supervise the work of Transport Coordinators |
S | Assist to take night calls |

| Requirements : |
S | Ability to work under pressure with limited resource and tight timelines |
S | Good command in English and MS-Excel, e-mail is required |
S | Ability to work independently and support activities of staff members |
S | Able to communicate with chinese speaking workers |
S | Minimum GCE O Level |
S | Singaporean preferred |
