Asset Management Executive (Property Sector)
Management- Assist manager to: - Monitor the asset performance of commercial properties, maintain well relationship with property manager ;
- Develop and recommend strategies to maximize performance and enhance assets;
- Assess revenues and expenses with review of actual performance against budget and strategies, find out the reasons and formulate the action plan;
- Prepare budgets and periodic forecasts relating to net property income and capital expenditure;
- Analysing and forecast on large Capex project;
- Write periodic property performance report;
- Review leasing and other legal documents;
Investment- Assist manager to: - Source and analyze investment opportunities;
- Liaise with valuer to conduct financial modelling to assess / support acquisitions;
- Conduct and coordinate legal, tax, technical & financial due diligence for assets to be acquired, working with advisers/ consultants;
- Prepare regular sector research to keep appraised of updated trends and market news/information;
Requirement: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate Management, building/project and facility management or equivalent;
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in investment management / asset management is required for this position;
- High level of self-motivation；
- Good report writing, verbal, financial modelling and presentation skills;
- Mandarin Speaker preferred; (to liaise with associates)
